This weekend I decided to upgrade my 4 web sites/blogs from Word Press hosted to Word Press self hosted. This means I am running the full version of Word Press instead of my Web hosting providers hosted version. As soon as Kelli decides on a them I will be porting hers over as well.

In sports news congradulations goes off to the Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins. Pitsburgh defeated Detroit in a 2-1 game 7 thriller last night.

The Markham House League Lacrosse Season is coming to an end. The Day of Champions for the Midget/Intermediate group is this Wednesday night and the rest of the league has their day of champions on Sat June 20th.

Today is Jan 2nd and unfortunately I have started the New Year Off in a not good health way. I am fighting the bug and headed to the walk in clinic very soon. I just do not feel that well at all. I think I might have picked up Kelli’s bug over the holidays. I am hoping to get over it because Kelli and I are headed to Niagara Falls together on Sunday till Wed and it would be nice to be healthu to go on vacation.

After long consideration, I am moving my personal blog from Live Journal to my own web site. 1 and 1 now has the facility to enable me to setup blogs on my own domain using WordPress. WordPress is one of the best known bloging engines on the market.

Why would I move my blog would you ask? The best reason is to consolidate my web presence and have more control over the look and feel of what I have on the web. I will continue to use Live Journal but only for access to the communities which I belong to.
