Tonight the Leafs and the Habs renewed their rivalry from the ACC Toronto. Unfortunately both Scott and I were not at the game tonight since we are in Niagara Falls with Stephen and Kelli for the long weekend. More on our trip in later posts.
So I watched part of the game on TV tonight. The Habs outplayed, out shout andwon most of the faceoffs against the Leafs tonight. Halsak played in goal tonight since Price played last night. The final score was 6-1 for the Habs and they are 1-0-1 now. The Leafs with the loss tonight are 1-1 in this very young season.
Before the game the Leafs and fans honored many medal winners from this years past summer Olympics. In total class……
On a side note this is the 2nd game that Jim Hugston has called the national game on tv not Bob Cole. What a refreshing change this is. Cole is a legend but well past his prime. As for Jim Hugston he is knowledgeable and a refreshing voice.
